Thanks a lot for your reply! 🙂
I’m glad you found my solution friendlier. I’m currently preparing for the Associate certification, and during the lectures I realized that I can edit a specific action once I mark it as a key user action.

Now I’m really curious about your approach — how exactly can the reference period for the whole mobile app be reset after a release? I haven’t come across that option before.

Hi,

We’re seeing “Mobile app unexpected low usage” alarms whenever users are prompted with the upgrade screen. This makes sense at first, but once the new version is released and the old one is removed, usage of that action naturally drops — which keeps triggering the alarm.

The challenge is: we don’t want to turn off the entire alarm, because it’s still important for the rest of the app. What we really need is a way to suppress it just for this one action (the upgrade prompt), once it’s no longer relevant.

Has anyone found a good way to handle this?

Thanks!

Regards, Deni

I found the solution -> Mark the action as Key user action -> open it -> edit -> anomaly detection -> remove "Unexpected low load".

I have just seen your original post. My firts thought was more drastic: I would reset the reference period for the whole mobile app after the release. But your solution much more friendly...
