Hi,

Do we have any relationship between dynatrace default alerts available through anomaly detection and timeseries id.or Do we have a timeseries id available for each default alerts.

Hi,

There is no explicit mapping table and in some cases its no one-to-one relationship either. What are you trying to do? It would be good to better understand your use-case.

Our service assurance solution is integrated with Dynatrace. All the problem are passed to SA through problem API. They are also using timeseries api to calculate the health index.

If we do not want to alert from Dynatrace but from Service Assurance. In that case we need data passed to SA through timeseries.

For example: Can we relate default alert Slow Disk Space with timeseries com.dynatrace.builtin:host.disk.freespacepercentage.

Do custom alerts has direct mapping with timeseries.

Yes that's a one to one relationship between 'Low disk space' with com.dynatrace.builtin:host.disk.freespacepercentage.

In most cases its easy to map, as CPU saturation to host.cpu metric.
