      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you share which problem are you getting? They are created base on log events normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It means, I would say disable/delete log event which is generating that problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;yes, if the problem is opened by the Generic Application Event Log Alert Rule, you need to disable or delete that specific log event rule.&amp;nbsp;Dynatrace creates problems from incoming Davis events, so if that rule is still generating problem-opening events, the problems will continue to be created.&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to keep the event but avoid problem creation, change it to an informational event instead of a problem-opening one.&lt;BR /&gt;Here is documentation:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/semantic-dictionary/model/davis" target="_self"&gt;Davis AI&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
