    <description>&lt;P&gt;we manage&amp;nbsp; infrastructure .&amp;nbsp; we integrated with&amp;nbsp; service now .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we&amp;nbsp; want alerts to different teams based on disk. for example C drive alerts to&amp;nbsp; wintel support&amp;nbsp; ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;D Drive for application team [different team for different server].&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can i achieve this from dynatrace ? via dt.owner&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For routing, since you are talking about ServiceNow, I would do it in ServiceNow side. Dynatrace's challence would be owner, it would be in host level, not sure in disk level.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something similar was discused &lt;A title="here" href="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Alerting/Assigning-tag-to-disks/m-p/225440" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. Keep in mind &lt;A title="this product idea" href="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Ideas/Include-disk-entity-tags-in-resource-problem-alerts/idc-p/270019" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this product idea&lt;/A&gt; has been discarted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
