topic Track concurrent database connections in Alerting

In the Dynatrace managed portal, in the database tab, we can see in the chart that the total database accesses per minute on the number of failed connections. Would it be possible for us to chart the total number of concurrent connections to the database at any one time?

Further to this would it be possible for us to alert against a custom defined threshold for when database exceeds a limit?
