So if I understand correctly, you could have 100 servers in your environment, but 25 of them have a CPU saturation within the last 24 hours. You want the system to tag them as 'CPU' to where you then could filter them and get the list of 25 our of 100 servers with the issue correct?

If that is the case i dont think it can be done in the UI but you might be able to pull the problems via the api and filter out the impacted components/ root cause and so on.

Hi,

we problems related to CPU, memory... issues. We would like to "tag" these problems with the type of affected element (CPU, memory) to send the related incident in SN to the appropiate group (one group manage CPUS and other memory)...

We know we have tags for the affected element in problem but this tag cannot be used because, because all tag in host are showed in the problem.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best Regards,

Sonia

hello,

Currently this is unavailable in the product. If this feature is something that your organization would greatly benefit from, I would recommend putting in a product request/RFE.
