      <description>&lt;P&gt;We would like to include the hostname or OS type or container name in the email subject line for notices. We see {State} {ProblemID} {ImpactedEntity} only currently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;five years later, we want it as well &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have created automatic tag like this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="McVitas_0-1697442781419.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14598iE2E46A2A0251D20C/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="McVitas_0-1697442781419.png" alt="McVitas_0-1697442781419.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and we would like to have it in the email subject or body somehow. We tried integration / problem notifications&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;subject&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Dynatrace] [{State}] Problem {ProblemID}: {ImpactedEntity} {Tags.OSType}&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but that doesn't work. If we put just {Tags} it's too much data&lt;/P&gt;</description>
