Hello everyone,

We were notified from our Community platform provider, that there are issues with CSS rendering of the various forums on their platform all across the US and EU regions:

We are investigating reports of style issues within Khoros Communities, including incorrect CSS rendering. Further updates will be shared as they become available.

As many of you has already noticed, the issue also appears in our Dynatrace Community. As soon as there will be any updates or fixes, I'll share them in this thread. We are sorry for all the inconveniences and troubles at the moment.

EDIT:
The issue causing style inconsistencies and incorrect CSS rendering in Khoros Communities has been fully resolved. Our teams have confirmed system stability, and all services are operating normally at this time.

Dynatrace Community should now display properly on different type of browsers and screens. We didn't saw any issues so far, but if anyone notice any problems with Community styling, please let us know.

The issue has been identified, and we are in the process of rolling out the fix

This is a message from our Community platform provider, and I already can see progress, both on desktop and mobile versions of the site. Hopefully, everything should work once again pretty soon
