I was doing some learning other day (ServiceNow fundamentals) and one of the topics in the learning path was about the Community and how to use it.

What if we do something similar here in Dynatrace, introducing the Community there in University as part of some learning path (Getting Started with Dynatrace) ?

I believe it will help to acquire new members this way.

I personally just found out the Community after my first support ticket opened. If I knew about the Community from University (my entry point in Dynatrace) I could have saved some time.

We've just recently recorded the internal onboarding mission - why not to have a customer-facing one as well? 🙂

If this lands in the University - I'll try to put at least 1 question to the Dynatrace Associate certificate exam! 😄

(please check all that apply)

The place where Davis, the Dynatrace AI, lives.

The place where you can find answers, ask questions, and connect with Dynatrace's community of consumers and specialists.

A site where you can post and vote on ideas for the Dynatrace platform.

The name by which the Dynatrace headquarters is known.

Anyone that has visited the Dynatrace Community would pass this certificate question 😂😂😂

We must keep exam questions secret. You'll probably need to do another one once it expires.

I would wonder If going through all those community content without knowing core of Dyantrace or not used it as end user could have cause me so much pain to learn things from community. Thanks for setting this right already as a roadmap by DT.
