No data without Sign In

Dear All,

I made a dashboard based on calculated services and using the metrics explorer, then shared it as usual with Anyone with the link can view. No sign in required, but it does not show the data without sign in.

Is this is a known issue or particularly to our environment?

Are you sure that in default timeframe that is available for unauthenticated users there are data?

Yes. There is data because by default we are looking for the whole day instead of the particular timeframe.

The data appears as soon as we login to the environment.

Metric Explorer won't work without login. I asked a few month ago:

Is a limitation it seems. Didn't test it with new releases.

I Just Checked with 209 and the info is still missing. Better to ask support if they have any ETA... other than that, no idea.

Its a limitation with the Explorer right now and part of the reason its labelled as "Early adopter". But we are actively working on supporting Explorer tiles in publicly shared dashboards and its coming very soon.
