Hello,

We are having a problem with the data we get in transactions & services in DT Managed.

If we set a timeframe in the format "Last X hours" we get different results than if we specify a time frame in the format "Today xx:yy - aa:bb"

Example : When we set "Last 6 hours" we get nothing

but when we specify Today 6:15 - 7:15 (Which is in the last 6 hours timeframe) we get some high CPU problems and stuff like that.

Do you have an idea about this problem ?

Did you considered that on that list by default visible are current values not calculated over whole timeframe? You can change that behavior on top of entities list.

Yes I have considered that but how can i change that ?

When you have last XX minutes / hours / days this showing property looks like this. When you pick exact timeframe this is changed to calculated over whole timeframe. This is why you have different results.
