Export Dashboard Output to PDF in Dynatrace SaaS and Managed

Hi All,

Currently we are doing POC on Dynatrace Managed and we would like to know when we will be having the Export to PDF or other formats of dashboard's created in Dynatrace Saas & Managed.Currently we see only option to share. Will this functionality will be brought in near future, if so can anyone help us with some dates.

Hi Sakthi,

thanks for your post. Currently we researching in this area. When you talk about a PDF, what do you expect from the result? 1:1 export from the dashboard in the PDF, more details, tables etc.? What is the purpose of the export? Business report? Maybe you can explain in more details your use case(s).

Good Day & Thanks for your reply!

Currently we have couple of dashboards in Appmon with 5 to 6 dashlets each which includes HTTP 4xx & HTTP 5xx Errors. Java Script Client Errors, Business transaction O/P, Infrastructure metrics.

Even at times people do ask for certain user action purepath report and we are able to export it out from AppMon in Excel or PDF format.

Also , We have such dashboards scheduled to be sent out at X hrs of time everyday

@Thorsten R. Did this feature ever get added. I would like to have a Overview dashboard I created be in a PDF format so I can share as metrics to my service users.

Has anyone heard about whether this is progressing. The need to share outside of out customer community who does not have direct access to the Dashboards is important.
