Hi,

We have configured three customer locations using IP ranges. Now we would like to study performance by location. In the build chart, there seems to be no option to specify a location, and on the application page when you select a location you get a scorecard, but no graph of the user action duration vs time.

Do we have to use API? an example maybe?

Thanks,

Antonio V.

Hey Antonio,

This feature for RUM Applications was shown at the Perform 2018 conference and I was told will be available in the next couple of versions (either 138 or 140 for Managed or 137 or 139 for SaaS). With this feature you will have a trending graph over time and then at the top you will have the ability to apply filters (i.e. city, country, browser etc). I will recommend subscribing to the product news blog to be aware of new features that will be in upcoming versions. See link below. Open one of the blog posts and scroll down to the bottom to subscribe.

https://www.dynatrace.com/blog/category/product-ne...

Thanks

NJ
