I have created dashboard for CPU & Memory usage % for AIX servers, I want to fetch data in CSV or Excel format.

You can use the new data explorer and put the data into a table format then try to copy and paste it to excel. You can also share the URL link to users as well.

Otherwise you might want to toss in a RFE for this.
