Why dashboard's report time slot is 2 hours in default?

Hello,

when you click on a report URL from a subscription it will transfer you to a dashboard with the correct report time slot:

But when you log in (or when you're already logged in with any time slot) Dynatrace set the time to the default 2 hours. Why?

Hi Henk, probably you have url with custom timeframe defined. Do you have any default timerame defined in dashboard definition ?

gtf=c_1640995200000_1643673600000 (= Januari)

Hello,

To keep this simple, report URL's work perfect if you are not logged in.

If you are logged in, Dynatrace does not use the time given by the URL. This is expected behaviour! So switching to another page keeps your current time frame!
