How to put attributes (TXN-TYPE) in the dashboard?

Hi Dynatrace Team,

may we know how to put attributes (TXN-TYPE) in the dashboard? As checked, only (service/service.name/span.kind) can be set in the dashboard. What is your recommendation for this?

Note: TXN-TYPE is our identifier for a type of transaction/action to monitor the backend.

The metric usually comes with a set of pre-defined dimensions that you can use to split it by.

If it's not in there then it's not available.

For an individual service, you can create calculated metrics https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/services/service-monitoring-settings/calculated-service-metric Not sure though wether that helps. Because for this the attribute you named has to be available in the Multidimensional analysis. https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/diagnostics/multidimensional-analysis
