topic Connecting between multiple Dynatrace instances in Dashboarding

We need to connect two Dynatrace instances one what platform provider is giving and other one is with the client. The ask is to how can we support two instances in sync in this case?

Can we have a primary-secondary architecture where we can use client managed Dynatrace instance as the holistic monitoring platform which can combine instrumentation data from platform provided instance as well?

Is this multi-instance model supported? What's the impact on the license, storage, archiving in such scenario?
