How do I use Dashboards to calculate the success rate, response time, memory, etc., of custom services?

Hi,

What comes to mind is using Calcukate Service Metrics: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/platform-modules/applications-and-microservices/services/service-monitoring-settings/calculated-service-metric.

However, you are not able to do very advanced calculations, in which case you can use external ELK and Kibana.

For the SaaS version, you can think about using Grail.

There are some built-in metrics that you can use, even for custom services. please check the below document for further details, service success rate and response time are among them
