I am working in a Managed Environment and have a requirement where we have to fetch data from the RDS databases using queries/views. For this requirement, which extension will be used?

I see there are some metrics with name "queries", can we use it and fetch the rela data from rds and populate it real time dashboards ?

You could try with Metric Scripting Integration, where you can build your script to fetch the results from the DB and ingest to Dynatrace.
