Preset Dashboard templates

Dear Team,

Compare to other APM tools, Dynatrace is more advanced. I noticed many projects are struggling to create expected Dashboards like Revenue Dashboard, Sales dashboard or Revenue loss dashboard etc.., I don't want compare with other competitors like New Relic with Dynatrace. In my perspective Dynatrace is the best in Industry. Even though I love one future from New Relic. It is provided more than 400+ Preset Dashboard templates. As Dynatrace Admin I'm also expecting more Preset Dashboards from Dynatrace.

In my opinion, it is more a way of thinking and seeing things.

In Dynatrace, we want to automate and reduce manual work. Having many Dashboards requires users to see them to access the information. The final idea is this: why would you need to have Dashboards representing the information if you have everything automated and you know if you have a problem, it will go to the correct workflow without your intervention?

Simply regarding the built-in OOB dashboards ("Preset") provided by Dynatrace, these are actually available in case you have implemented or integrated with the available technologies in Dynatrace Hub.
As Dynatrace Hub contains 600+ technologies, so whenever you integrate with Azure, AWS, GCP, ...etc you will get access to the built-in dashboards that don't require manual development.
For the custom dashboards, these are developed by Dynatrace admins as per monitoring and app owners requirements.
