Synthetic scoring with inter tenant's indicators

Hello community,

One of my customers has multiple tenants on multiple clusters.

One of their needs is to display synthetic results from multiple tenants on the same tenant to have a single dashboard to follow.

Context:

Tenant n°1 : Synthetic n°1 & Synthetic n°2
Tenant n°2 : Synthetic n°3
Tenant n°3 : Synthetic n°4

With "remote environment" feature, we can create "unit" tiles to view information from a synthetic configured on another tenant.

See below: (The first synthetic is on the current tenant, the second is configured one other)

However, my client then wants to create a tile to get a score for all these synthetics (regardless of their original tenant).

See below: (availability rate of multiple monitors of the current tenant)

Problem: We can't see another tenant's synthetics in the Data Explorer.

We would like to have an availability rate for all the synthetics involved.

(Synthetics 1 to 4 in the example above).

How do I get the result I want?

for classic dashboard as you mentioned in the previous figure and according to the docs the remote environment data is set per tile so the single tile cannot get data from multiple environments. I think it would be great to list it under product ideas if we've no response from dynatrace experts.
