Basically you should follow these steps:

Download Dashboard in UAT:

Navigate to the new Dashboards section in your UAT environment.
Select the dashboard you want to download.
Click on the Download button to save the dashboard configuration file to your local system.

Upload Dashboard in PROD:

Switch to your PROD environment in Dynatrace.
Go to the new Dashboards section.
Click on the Upload button.
Select the previously downloaded dashboard configuration file from your local system.
Confirm the upload to complete the process.

If you go to your dashboard and download the JSON file. You can then import the JSON file into you Prod environment.
