How to get "hidden" dashboard metadata?

Is there in SaaS any option to see private user dashboards - which are not shared ? Like the switch "Show all tenant dashboards" in managed.
I need to get at minimum metadata (owner) for concrete dashboard - as it is consuming high amount of Log query costs.
