Hey @AurelienGravier ,

The problems app only recently (I think 1.332 or 1333 - need to check) started to expose some of the parameters in their URL. Once this goes to prod you can use the links feature to actually create a nice drilldown link, e.g. by using entity tags For example, to see all open problems. Let me get back here with a working example, once their app update hits production. We (dashboards) in the meantime complete the "Add link" feature such that it is supported by all viz types.

Intent links, you still have to wait for problems since they will be working on this in a future sprint (i.e., they are not yet available for the problems app but hopefully still in CQ1 - @wolfgang_beer fyi).

And yes, intents would then more automatically allow you to pass context such as the timeframe and segments because this would be automatically handled by the notebooks/dashboards app.

For example, using the URL would give you something like

And then jumping in would get me to the problems app like (in the meantime one problem closed)

Actionnable dashboards with intend-based-link to open the apps "problems" and "experience vitals" in context

Hello,

I want to use intent-based links to create actionable dashboards, as explained here: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/open-with#table-intent-based-links.

In the documentation example, the Logs app uses URL parameters that can be made dynamic. However, I don't have parameters in the URLs for the Problems app or the Experience Vitals app.

How can I use intent-based links for these two types of apps ?
I want to open the link in the app problems and keep context like timeframe, segment, tags.

Thanks.
Regards Aurelien.
