      <description>&lt;P&gt;The best way is to open a support ticket. I did not encounter such an error in any of the environments I work with. If you want to do some pre-check first, inspect the network requests from your browser using developer console and look for http errors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes, please open a support ticket and report the bug there, including links to dashboards where this happens and also screenshots showing when/where this happens.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;could it be that you are using such timeframes (new feature) from the new "Recent timeframes" section?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
