    <description>&lt;P&gt;one of my host shows 60% CPU usage by widows system . but could not get exact EXE causing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as&amp;nbsp; unknown processes are automatically grouped into windows system [including antivirus ]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can i find exact exe/program name .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can i separate antivirus or other unknown ones as separate process group in declarative process group.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;use of declarative process group cost additional ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my environment infrastructure mode&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The easiest method is to trigger a process instanance snapshots&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/host-monitoring#snapshots" target="_blank"&gt;https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/host-monitoring#snapshots&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;, but this is available on for Classic environments at the moment.&lt;BR /&gt;Other method is to trigger and download a support archive (if you have permissions), where the process snapshost data is also present in a JSON file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
