Hi We have couple of question with respect to applying updates to Managed cluster.

1) We want to align our change mgmt process with dynatrace manage cluster upgrades pushed by dyntrace team . Can you please share monthly dates when the upgrades get pushed to dynatrace manage servers.Accordingly we can plan our changes .

2) When the Dynatrace Managed cluster get upgraded with latest version, will it automatically updates the security gateway servers as well ?

Managed updates come out monthly (SaaS has a schedule of every two weeks). I don't think these are exact dates though. You can look at the release notes in the blog to see when they are announced: https://www.dynatrace.com/news/category/release-no...
At the moment the security gateways will not be updated automatically (though I believe this is on the roadmap). Currently you just run the updated installer on the host and you should be set (you don't need to uninstall the old one):https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/installatio...

Hi James Thanks .Couple of question with the respect to One Agent upgrade.For One Agent we see we have some control in environment setting whether agent can be upgraded automatically or not. We do not want it to happen automatically so have disabled this feature .

1) How to aliged agent upgrade process with change mgmt.

2)Which time ,agent pick to upgrade .Is that what we defined in CMC console for upgrade.

3)What if we raise change for sets of hosts for One Agent upgrade, Then in change window for individual host we enable the auto upgrade for sometime .Will this solution work or we need to manually upgrade the agents . Thanks
