Dynatrace Managed local accounts

I'm looking for a way to capture Dynatrace Managed local account usage over a period of 2-3 months - any thoughts or ideas as to how to accomplish this? I've checked the cluster console and cluster API and I only see current day statistics being captured, nothing historical or time based capture of account usage.

Dynatrace deployment and product adoption reports (user adoption reports) are available with Dynatrace ONE Premium

Probably it comes down to parsing the log\server\audit.users.x.x` log files.
