Adding new node failure

Hello.

While trying to install a second node to a DT Managed cluster, we get the following error:

Jun 7, 2022 16:01:25

Adding new node with ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx failed. Reason: Cannot get list of cluster nodes from seed node, error: Failed to send GET request to https ://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.:8021/api/v1.0/onpremise/firewallManagement/clusterNodes, error 500 - {"error":{"code":500,"message":"Internal Server Error occurred. It has been logged and will be investigated."}}

Can someone help us?

My cluster version is outdated, because the operating system does not support higher versions. We need to add a cluster node to update later.
Will the support team assist us?
