      <title>Lost access to Dynatrace environment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If we lose access to our Managed environment and cannot sign in (as well as not having access to cluster admin email) is there a way for Dynatrace support to assist in the recovery of the environment? We are using LDAP credentials for login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
