I have a customer with a 6-node Managed Cluster, and 4 of these nodes always have a prevailing issue saying the Elasticsearch service is Malfunctioning.

I need assistance to resolve this.

Depends on your current situation. In many cases, a restart of the node helps to re-trigger the sharding of indices in Elasticsearch. In other cases, there might be some orphaned indices or inconsistency that prevents starting Elasticsearch cluster properly - in such situation contact with the support team.

Thanks for this. I did a restart all nodes came up again as health and then after a few minutes 2 of them reverted back again to elastic search is malfunctioning. Basically the issue keeps appearing and disappearing.

How do i resolve this behavior permanently

Sounds like a networking problem - like either a high latency between nodes or intermittent connectivity issues. I suggest to contact with support in this case so we can analyze this issue together.
