    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are not able to access chat option as we use two different url to&amp;nbsp;access one is FQDN and other one is IP.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;we have configured the public endpoint for Dynatrace as FQDN so when we try to access the chat with IP it's asking us to change the URL.&amp;nbsp; So, is there a way we can resolve this as we can't access the FQDN from our system as we have some firewall rule?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/36140"&gt;@Kenny_Gillette&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are on Managed instance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I looked at the post and that is what we are looking for, but I am not finding any documentation in dynatrace for the API method to add addition endpoints. If you could help me getting which API endpoint which i need to use from cluster API V1 that will be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vishal&lt;/P&gt;</description>
