Facing issue while enabling Cluster Backup

Hi All,

We are trying to enable the NFS cluster backup but getting below error.

Error Message: Network path verification failed on some nodes. Error messages for each node are listed below. Host dt.sbilife.co.in: Failed to find a test file.

Anyone faced same issue

Hello,

You need to make sure that you have access to backup directory from all nodes. you can simply try to create a file and open it from all nodes, also you need to make sure that the directory access is permitted for Dynatrace user "dynatrace"

We are able to create and delete the file from all the nodes

Looks like the same problem here - https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Dynatrace-Managed-Q-A/Dynatrace-Managed-Backup-Location-Failed-to-find-a-test-file/td-p/217313

Maybe you also should fine-tune NFS settings.

I think it's better to open a support ticket to tune the NFS.
