From where and when CAG pulls its addresses ?

Hi guys,

Customer sees few addresses under CAG

The questions here are:

1. From where the CAG pulls those addresses include the Load balancer one?

2. When this pull happens (machine startup, activegate process startup, etc.)?

3. Is there kind of history of those addresses from CMC perspective or each time the pull starts from scratch?
