    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Anurag,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I'm understanding correctly, you say that you were able to successfully configure LDAP on your Dynatrace cluster? So in the cluster do you see a successful connection upon testing? (shown in the screenshot) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would then login to the Dynatrace Cluster with your employee ID that is configured in LDAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hayden&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are unable to login into the Dynatrace cluster using our LDAP credentials. We could able to successfully add the groups and users using the external ldap configuration . Can you also please answer the below questions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Our LDAP only has view access,does that mean we need to login in dynatrace cluster or can directly login into the monitored environment&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. What would be the LDAP @username . Will it be our employee id or email address?&lt;/P&gt;
