    <description>&lt;P&gt;For future reference. The menu item (now called &lt;EM&gt;Synthetic&lt;/EM&gt;) only shows up in managed installation if a &lt;STRONG&gt;public&lt;/STRONG&gt; security gateway is installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think he means the Menu Point "Web Check and availability". I see that in my SaaS account under Monitoring. But in my Managed instance I don't have it, even after creating a Webcheck via "Deploy Dynatrace".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
