Dynatrace Managed Cassandra Failed to Startup

Hello,

The team is performing an upgrade from 1.280 to 1.282.

After triggering the upgrade from "Settings >> Automatic update".

It's been stuck on the 2nd node for 24 hours.

Upon checking, the logs of cassandra:

{DYNATRACE_PATH}/log/cassandra/debug.log

ERROR The native library could not be initialized properly

Our question:

How to fix the error?
How to prevent this error from happening when performing upgrade?

@abnerlusung you should open a support ticket. Is there any chance your operating system is not one of the supported ones for 1.282? Also, there are likely other errors before that one indicating the real cause.

I checked the requirements, and rhel 8.9 is compatible.
