How to control expiry for Personal Access Token

Hi all,

We are using Dynatrace Managed 1.270.96

Scenario: Users has the ability to create the Personal Access Token but the expiration is always optional.

Question: As Cluster Admin, how can I control the expiry for the Personal Access Token?

The following steps failed.

I tried to use Token API PUT to update the Personal Access Token expiry, but it is not an updateable field.
I tried to create a Personal Access Token for User using Token API POST, but cannot assigned the owner field for User. Also, as per documentation: A personal access token is bound to you. You can't generate a personal access token for another user.

Hi all,

I created a support ticket. The team said, need to raise an RFE for the Development team.

So we have to work with what we have right now.

Were you able to create an RFE for this question? I believe your request makes perfect sense and I would subscribe to such an RFE.

I would even wish that an enforced expiration date is configurable for the "Access Tokens" screen.
