Is there any Way to add some more details in Dynatrace Alerts (emails & SMS)

We are looking for options where we can add some more details to Dynatrace generated alerts (Emails & SMSs). We are migrating from Azure Application Insights and the amount of Information and flexibility we have in Azure Application Insights is way better than Dynatrace.

You can use webhook to config alerts to SMS or any service as MSTeams, Service Now.
