- Connection shows connected.

- Credentials is OK.

Refresh Mission Control Credentials

- Last refresh status VALID

- Last refresh time more than 1 or 2 months back

Question: Is there any issue if the last refresh time is more than 1 or 2 months back

No, everything looks correct - if you want you can click refresh

Just to clarify further with the above setting even if the connection to MMC is limited to 1 to 2 hours per month.

There shouldn't be any issue getting update for both products and license update (if any)

My understanding is license is updated every 5 mins. Products maybe about every 15 mins.

So the frequency is actually auto determine by Dynatrace itself without interference of customer.

There is no need for customer to refresh credentials to begin with correct? If yes whats the scenario?

Also just to clarify assuming there is connection to MMC.

License is updated every 5 mins. Products updates maybe about every 15 mins. Kindly advice
