I want to make agent version upgrade filter by management zone and version , how i can make it?

Ahh, this can be done via the deployment status page and setting the Management Zone and your other filters:

Ahh, I apologize, I misread that. You can only upgrade hosts by Host Groups or 1 by 1. There is no option to update all hosts in a given Management Zone. My recommendation is to set your Management Zone and reviews the Host Groups included in the Management Zone. Then take those Host Groups and update them.
