You can find them in documentation with icon "Lastest Dynatrace":

Notebooks.
Grail +DQL.
Workflows.
Site Reliability Guardian.
Business Analytics apps
All new applications builded on top Grail.

I remember to see a table comparisson list but I do not remember where it is.

You can navigate in SaaS documentacion, those labels appears there.

Upgrading isn't always a possibility right now due to security and governance policies around SaaS platforms. Unless we stand up SaaS w/ Grail in specific GovCloud environments, that upgrade is not possible.
