Good morning Team.

We have the following message Make backup script has failed Cassandra - failed to create new snapshots on host.

Could you tell me in which path I can review the logs to check why it is failing?

Hi Gabriella,

The log is usually in /opt/dynatrace-managed/cassandra/log/cassandra.log

Also find the below created directories after successful cluster setup for future consideration:

Kindly note:

These are the default installation directories, unless otherwise specified by Infrastructure team during the cluster setup.
