Dynatrace managed updates are pushed to Dynatrace managed cluster as long as communications to Mission control is configured properly to fetch the latest versions of Dynatrace components.
If your configurations set to automatically update, so whenever there is an update, it will be automatically deployed unless otherwise you specify the timeframe for the update to take place.

Dynatrace Updates:

managed-update

For creating a new monitoring tenant CMC > environments > specify the name .

Monitoring environment management:

managed-monitoring-environment

Hello @Samtq

If you need to setup more cluster nodes, access the CMC if you have cluster admin permissions.

Having root user permissions on the target server would be a good advantage to copy and paste the shown commands on the UI and start the installation, wait till the successful execution of the Linux commands finally you will get the list of installation directories, and accessible URL of the Dynatrace platform.

If you need detailed info feel free to review:

add node
Ensure these ports are configured between the cluster nodes.
