I am trying whatever I can to sort this out, then one of the people in my client site and me myself came across this word in the documentation:

So what does it means? we are wondering if this can solve the problem we are facing.

Hi,
This token is used to register cluster to mission control. It's used in environment where customer has pool of license and frequently changes clusters attached to them. It won't help for problem in linked question.
