Monitor movie streams with Dynatrace Manage.

we are providing a TV stream inside our services.
Is there any way to monitor, weather the stream is up, online and running well?

HTTP monitors may help you testing if a URL is reachable and response includes required content. It's in EAP, so you will have to request this feature.

But it is only for HTTP(S), so it depends on which transport protocol are you using for your streams.

Otherwise I'd suggest to build a oneagent or activegate plugin.

thank you for your answer and sorry for my delay.
Well, we have stream, which is only accessable via a HTTPS reachable website. Perhaps I should use ClickPath for a test, wheather the stream works?

I will create it.
