How to configure monitoring to achieve predictive monitoring in Dynatrace managed version?

Hi,

Can you please help me to check whether the below alerts can be configured in Dynatrace to achieve predictive monitoring. If yes, can you please let us know the related documents or steps we can follow to configure these alerts.

Server Response Time (Response from Web Service, Routine, Function, …)	To Setup the Server Response Time alert with below threshold: IF X% of the daily transactions are above baseline THEN alert IF X% of the hourly transactions are above baseline THEN alert *IF X% of the transactions are crossing threshold on the same day of the week for 3 consecutive weeks in a month THEN alert
API Response Time	To setup API Response Time alert with hourly, daily transactions above threshold.

Note: We are using Managed version of Dynatrace.

As long as the current situation is Dynatrace managed, you have an option to proceed with below options:
