    <description>&lt;P&gt;It appears that the backup mechanism of Dynatrace Managed only covers ElasticSearch, Cassandra, and Dynatrace Configuration, but not on deep monitoring.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.dynatrace.com/legacyfs/online/18636-why.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;_&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that correct?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Haven't tried by myself, but you can probably backup the directories with transaction data (since they are stored in flat files) and restore it manually afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think losing the transactional data is not a big deal compared to user session or metrics. Which is probably the reason not to replicate them to other cluster nodes or include them in backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
