It is not only one address but couple of them (ip as well).

I’m not sure if you are familiar with the way how push notifications are working. You have to now that your cluster isn’t sending notifications to your phone by himself. Dynatrace has central server that is authorized in apple and google that can ask to send push notifications. This server is receiving requests from your manage cluster through this communication channel.
