Error 10054 for Synthetic monitoring execution - Connection reset (Dynatrace Managed)

Dear,

We have configured a private location for the execution of synthetics. There are synthetics that work correctly but others that show errors 10054 - Connection reset.

When running curl from the server the following is displayed:

How can i resolve this case?

Can you try enabling 'Accept and SSL certficate'? https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/observe/digital-experience/synthetic-monitoring/http-monitors-classic/configure-http-monitors-classic#http-additional-options

Exactly - based on the log, the local issuer certificate is missing because the server does not provide the complete certificate chain required for verification.
